Consultation Process
If you are not sure where to start contact us to schedule your consultation. We provide on-site hourly consultation on related outdoor topics; plant identification, spaces planning, designs suggestions. Initially we will gather information and identify likely problems then we will provide possible interventions and recommend goal settings. The consultation fee is collected and applied toward the design retainer if applicable.
Installation Process
The installation process begins with signed installation estimate forwarded back to us with the deposit. We can schedule your project and inform you of the start date. All the orders for the materials are placed ahead of time and the logistics are coordinated for seamless process. Underground utility markings are also requested. Project manager is available through the process arriving onsite, going over the project tasks with the crew and walking homeowners through the steps of the project in the beginning and providing detailed care instructions at the end of the installation process. In addition, new plant care information is emailed once the installation is completed.
